Callahan Area Home Care Positions | Weekly Pay | W-2 Employment

Concierge Care is growing our Northeast Florida home care team and is looking for qualified Florida Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) . We have multiple client openings available throughout the region and are seeking compassionate professionals who enjoy providing personalized care in clients' homes.

Our scheduling team works to match caregivers with assignments that fit their availability. Whether you're looking for a few recurring shifts or the opportunity to work more hours, we have a variety of client schedules currently available.

• Jacksonville (North, South, East & West)
• Ponte Vedra
• Nocatee
• Orange Park
• Middleburg
• Macclenny
• Keystone Heights
• St. Augustine
• Palm Coast
• Palatka
• And surrounding Northeast Florida communities

Our agency is actively staffing clients with schedules that include:

• Morning shifts
• Afternoon shifts
• Evening shifts
• Overnight care
• Weekday and weekend schedules
• Ongoing PRN assignments
• Extended-hour cases
• Clients needing up to 40+ hours per week

• $18–$22/hour (higher rates available for select assignments)
• Weekly pay by direct deposit
• W-2 employment
• $100 Sign-On Bonus (paid after bonus eligibility requirements have been met)
• Flexible scheduling
• Multiple active client openings
• One-on-one home care environment
• Supportive office staff
• No personal liability insurance required

-Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school (prior experience with another agency does not qualify)

-Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance

-CPR certification

-Social Security card

-A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating you're free of communicable diseases

-Completed CEUs:
• 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication

-Required dementia training through Elder Affairs
