The Families Rising Minnesota program is seeking a Part-time Parent Support Specialist to provide peer support, education, and resource navigation to adoptive, foster, and kinship caregivers across Minnesota. The role emphasizes compassionate, trauma-informed support and connection to resources rather than clinical services.
