We have an immediate opening for a full-time LPN or RN / Wellness Director. MUST HAVE A NURSING DEGREE and experience in Assisted Living to be considered for this position. The Wellness Director is responsible for the daily coordination and oversight of all aspects of the health services department in accordance with Federal, State, and local regulations. Duties include: Coordinate, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the staff of caregiver’s and med aides. Develop and maintain methods for coordinating nursing services. Conduct assessments for initial move-in and on-going of current residents. We are looking for a passionate and caring individual to lead our highly motivated care team. Do you like helping people? Experience in Senior Living and understanding of Washington regulations is required. Successful candidate must have LPN or RN degree and be able to pass a background check. All offers of employment are contingent upon the candidate passing a background check, reference check and meeting minimum requirements and providing all required employment documentation.
