Restaurant Team Member At Panera Bread, you’ll be the heart of hospitality—bringing warmth and joy to every guest interaction. You will serve our community by delivering excellent service, preparing fresh food, maintaining a clean environment, and supporting team success. Responsibilities Serve as an ambassador for Panera Warmth in every guest interaction. Execute duties in your assigned area (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.). Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches accurately and efficiently. Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas while on the move. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food‑safety standards and cleaning protocols. Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude. Qualifications Minimum age 16+ and able to lift up to 25lbs. Able to stand for extended periods. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a loud environment. Passionate about creating moments of comfort and joy for guests. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting. Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Completion of basic food‑safety training (Food Handler’s Card as required). Food‑service experience preferred but not required.
