The position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, customer service, and leadership qualities, including initiative, teamwork, and the ability to guide and support others.Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** Demonstrates strong technical proficiency and the ability to learn and adapt to new software, equipment, and departmental processes.* Demonstrates a strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.* Demonstrates proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, including: Bookmarking and hyperlinking, PDF manipulation, including OCR & cropping.* Performs batch printing and manages print jobs efficiently and accurately.* Operates multifunctional copier, scanner, and print equipment.* Addresses and routes materials to appropriate individuals after completion of assignment.* Exhibits leadership qualities by taking initiative, anticipating workflow needs, identifying potential issues, and helping ensure assignments are completed accurately and on time.* Operates all binding and finishing equipment (spiral, velo, tape, coil, 3-hole punch).* Flexibility to assume other job responsibilities within the department as needed.* Overtime flexibility and the ability to cover other shifts as needed, including off-site.* Assists with the training and development of new and existing staff on reprographics equipment, procedures, workflows, and quality standards.* Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service, responding professionally to requests and working with internal clients to understand and meet their reprographics needs.* Willingness and availability to participate in training and continually develop technical and operational skills.* Performs other duties and projects assigned.**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:*** Ability to work effectively in a production environment.* Ability to communicate with all personnel via phone, e-mail or in person.* Excellent customer service skills.* Proficient in standard office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)* Ability to meet deadlines and complete assignments within specified timeframes.* Ability to lift and carry 50lb transfile boxes.* Ability to stand for extended periods of time.* Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.**Education and Experience:*** High School Diploma or G.E.D.* Minimum of five years in Duplicating center environment.**Working Conditions:*** Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature, etc.Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz provides competitive compensation and benefits to its employees, ensuring that we attract and retain the most talented individuals. The expected base salary for this role ranges from $70,000 - $80,000.
