Team Leader – Papillion Foods (Hormel Foods) Location: Omaha, Nebraska Facility: Papillion Foods (535,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art plant) Papillion Foods produces premium salami and dry sausage products under the Columbus® Craft Meats brand, along with iconic Hormel® products such as Hormel Pepperoni and Black Label Bacon. This modern facility features advanced sustainability initiatives, including automated guided vehicles, ergonomic lifting systems, and energy-efficient LED lighting. Key Responsibilities Lead and support team members in daily plant operations Drive production and quality performance goals Ensure proper staffing, materials, and equipment availability Support continuous improvement in: Safety Quality Cost Customer service Foster an engaged, team-oriented work environment Spend ~80% of time on the production floor ***** SHIFT IS CURRENTLY PENDING***** QUALIFIED CANDIDATE SHOULD BE OPEN TO 1ST OR 2ND SHIFT.
