At Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, our Radiation Therapy Supervisors do more than oversee daily operationsthey lead high-performing teams, develop future leaders, drive innovation, and help deliver world-class cancer care every day.

As a Radiation Therapy Supervisor, you'll partner closely with the Chief Radiation Therapist to ensure exceptional patient care, engaged staff, and efficient clinical operations.

This is an opportunity to:

• Build your leadership within one of the nation's most clinically advanced Radiation Oncology programs, caring for patients receiving the most complex and innovative radiation therapy treatments.
• Mentor exceptional clinicians and help shape the next generation of leaders.
• Collaborate with nationally recognized physicians, physicists, dosimetrists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Drive innovation, improve operations, and make a meaningful impact on patients, staff, and the future of cancer care.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy.
• New York State license (or eligibility).
• Minimum three years of Radiation Therapy experience.
• Lead Radiation Therapist or comparable leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Pay Range: $114,000.00 - $182,400.00FSLA Status: Exempt
