**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and assistance with toileting.
- Administer basic healthcare tasks under the supervision of healthcare professionals, including monitoring vital signs and managing medications.
- Assist with mobility, including turning and positioning patients, transferring them from beds to wheelchairs, and encouraging therapeutic exercises.
- Plan and prepare meals that meet nutritional guidelines and dietary restrictions.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean living environment.
- Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversation to enhance the emotional well-being of clients.
- Report any changes in the client’s condition or living situation to the appropriate healthcare professionals promptly.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification or equivalent is a plus
- Previous experience in home healthcare or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift or move patients as needed.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license may be required for traveling to client homes.
