Monitors walkie-talkie, door security system and fire panel as needed. Monitors resident sign-in and sign-out log and the visitor registration log and completes administrative support functions such as filing and making copies.Transfers calls or takes messages as appropriate in a courteous, friendly and helpful mannerFills out and logs service request forms for residents and/or staffMonitors and greets visitors to the communityKeeps front desk and lobby area clean and neat at all timesSells meal tickets and accounts for by payroll deduction or personal checkEnsure the security of the building; Monitors resident sign-in and sign-out log and the visitor registration log; periodically checks entrances/exits of the building to ensure community is secureAttends in-services and staff meetings as requiredAssists with coordinating van schedule for residentsFollows confidentiality policies regarding release of resident informationPerforms supportive office functions for all departments including filing, typing, and making copiesCompletes all other duties as assignedRequirements:Must possess a high school diploma or GEDMust be considerate, neat, well groomed and professional in appearance.
