Step into a dynamic educational environment supporting elementary and middle school students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time role runs from ASAP through June 10, 2027, and provides the unique opportunity to serve across two vibrant school locations just outside San Rafael, CA. As a vital part of the school’s dedicated support team, you will provide specialized speech and language services that have a meaningful impact on diverse student populations.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active and current California SLP license (CCC required)
• Experience working with elementary and middle school students
• Ability to support students across two different school sites
• Strong assessment, case management, and communication skills
• SLPA credentials not eligible for this assignment
• Commitment to onsite services only (remote work is not available)

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students in need
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support speech-language goals
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Provide direct, small-group, and individual therapy for diverse learners
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Attend IEP meetings and professional development sessions as needed
