We're a team of 27. Everyone knows everyone. And if you do good work, people notice. WHAT THIS ROLE IS This is not a call center. This is not a dead-end position. As an Insurance Account Associate, you'll be the calm, steady person our clients count on - the one who helps them feel taken care of when they're stressed or confused about their coverage. You'll handle service requests, manage renewals, and build real relationships with people who trust us to protect what matters most to them. You'll learn the insurance business from the ground up, with a team that walks alongside you from Day 1. The goal - for us and for you - is that within 6 to 12 months, you earn your Florida insurance license and transition into a licensed agent role where you build and manage your own client relationships and develop income that grows year over year. THE CAREER TRACK Starting Out -Insurance Account Associate-$45,000 base + bonus* Year 1-3 -Licensed Agent-$50,000-$70,000+ Year 3-7 -Senior Agent-$90,000-$130,000+ *Bonus eligible after 90 days of employment. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We don't require insurance experience - we'll teach you everything about insurance. What we can't teach is how to stay calm under pressure, how to genuinely care about a client on the other end of the phone, or how to take pride in getting the details right.
