Strategic Planning Lead — SIOP, MPS & Lean

Barnes Group is seeking a Planning Manager for its West Chester, OH site. This role will lead the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process and manage the Master Production Schedule. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. The position requires a strong understanding of inventory management and capacity planning, along with proficiency in ERP/MRP systems.
