Inpatient Oncology Registered Nurse (RN)

The Inpatient Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) at United Health Services (UHS) provides compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to patients undergoing cancer treatment and management of complex oncologic conditions. Primary Department, Division, or Unit: Main Tower 5 Med-Surg Oncology, UHS Wilson Medical Center

Primary Work Shift: Evening Rotational

Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours: 24

Compensation Range: $40.70 - $61.05 per hour, depending on experience

Sign-on Incentive: Experienced candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $25,000.

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

• A graduate of an accredited school of Nursing

Preferred:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing
• Previous clinical nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting

License/Certification

Minimum Required:

• Current NYS RN License

Preferred:

• Professional certification in a related nursing specialty
• Relevant skills certification (i.e., ACLS, PALS, TNCC) as required by home unit assigned.
