The organization values community connection and measures success by how many people it can help.\nRole Description This is a full-time, on-site Caregiver role based in Danville, CA. The Caregiver will provide direct support with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, toileting assistance, bathing, dressing, and mobility. The role includes light housekeeping tasks, meal planning and preparation, and safe transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities. The Caregiver will observe and report changes in client condition, follow care plans, and collaborate with supervisors and family members to ensure person-centered care. The position also involves offering companionship, promoting client independence, and maintaining a safe, respectful, and dignified environment.\nQualifications\n\n\n Ability to provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, toileting assistance, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.\n Experience with household support such as light housekeeping, laundry, meal planning, and meal preparation.\n Capacity to offer safe transportation, assist with errands and appointments, and support community engagement activities.\n Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, show empathy, and provide companionship.\n Reliability in following care plans, documenting observations, and reporting concerns to supervisors or family members.\n Ability to work on-site in Danville, CA, including flexibility for varied schedules (e.g., days, evenings, weekends) as needed.\n Previous caregiving, home care, or related healthcare experience is preferred; certification such as HHA or CNA is a plus.\n High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license with clean driving record, and ability to meet background and reference checks.\n
