Special Situations Analyst

Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the investment team in evaluating special situations and distressed investment opportunities across a range of industries. You will conduct financial and industry analysis, build and maintain financial models, evaluate company capital structures, and assist with due diligence and investment recommendations.

Responsibilities

Conduct financial, industry, and company analysis to evaluate investment opportunities
Build and analyze financial models, including cash flow, valuation, and capital structure analysis
Support due diligence and research on prospective investments
Prepare investment materials, presentations, and internal memos
Monitor portfolio companies and relevant market developments
Work closely with senior investment professionals throughout the investment process
Assist with evaluating distressed, restructuring, and other special situations opportunities
