Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate LPN/RN to provide patient-centered primary care to underserved individuals and families in our faith-based clinic. Responsibilities include rooming patients, administering medications and immunizations, performing assessments, triage (phone/in-person), care coordination, patient education, documentation in the EMR, and supporting interdisciplinary care with medical, dental, and behavioral health teams. The nurse models dignity and respect, supports spiritual and emotional needs, and contributes to quality, safety, and health equity initiatives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
