Inside Sales Engineer

Supporting sales growth and customer relationships, the full-time Inside Sales Engineer will collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop quotations, track sales opportunities, and provide technical support in a remote setting. Key responsibilities: Following up with customers on open proposals and active sales opportunities to drive successful closes Preparing quotations based on customer requirements and assisting with equipment and system selections Maintaining and updating sales opportunities within the CRM Sales Tracker and supporting Outside Sales Engineers Required qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in sales, manufacturing, engineering, HVAC, or a related technical environment Experience working directly with customers and supporting a sales process Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, and ability to learn manufacturer and supplier software Sales-minded with the ability to manage multiple quotations and customer needs simultaneously Self-motivated with strong follow-through and a sense of ownership
