HR Business Partner
This role focuses on strategic HR initiatives and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:
- Project Leadership: Lead complex, high-impact projects and processes end to end with limited oversight. Define scopes, set milestones, and ensure successful outcomes.
- Talent Development and Mentorship: Mentor junior HR professionals, delegate work based on skills, review output for quality, and foster professional development.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate on strategic operational roadmaps, translate objectives into actionable plans, monitor KPIs, and adjust tactics as needed.
- Process Improvement and Automation: Identify workflow inefficiencies, analyze data to support recommendations, and implement automation and process improvements.
- Innovation and SOP Redesign: Evaluate existing standard operating procedures (SOPs), adapt precedents, and redesign processes to address emerging business needs.
- Stakeholder Relations and Negotiation: Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, using communication and negotiation skills to align expectations and support collaboration.
