About the role: Prep Cook
As a prep cook, you are the foundation of our kitchen. You'll play a vital role in preparing the ingredients that bring every 4 Rivers dish to life. Your speed, accuracy, and consistency help ensure every guest enjoys a meal worth remembering.
What you'll be doing:
- Prepping ingredients and following our delicious 4R recipes
- Labeling, rotating, and storing food properly
- Maintaining a clean, organized workstation
- Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Supporting the team to keep the Smokehouse running smoothly
What we're looking for:
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Dependable and eager to learn
- Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus
- Passion for great food and great people
