Position Overview
Greyson Clothiers is bringing its signature blend of sport, style, and community to Charleston’s iconic King Street, and we’re looking for Community Retail Specialists to help bring the experience to life.

This is not your typical retail role. As a Community Retail Specialist, you’ll be part of creating a welcoming, beautifully curated store experience where customers can discover elevated men’s and women’s lifestyle apparel, connect with the brand, and feel like part of the Pack from the moment they walk through the door.

Our Charleston Den is designed to be more than a place to shop. It is a space for style, storytelling, community, and connection. The ideal candidate is warm, energetic, and naturally relationship-driven, with a passion for fashion, people, and creating memorable customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

Create an Elevated Customer Experience
Welcome every customer into the Den with warmth, confidence, and genuine hospitality. Build relationships, offer personalized styling support, and help each customer find pieces that fit their lifestyle.

Share the Greyson Lifestyle
Bring energy and enthusiasm to Greyson’s men’s and women’s collections, sharing product knowledge in a way that feels natural, approachable, and inspiring.

Support a Beautiful Store Environment
Help maintain a polished, visually inspiring sales floor that reflects the Greyson brand, from thoughtful merchandising to keeping product presentation sharp throughout the day.

Build Community on King Street
Represent Greyson as a brand ambassador within the Charleston community. Support in-store activations, local events, partnerships, and experiences that help make the Den a true community hub.

Drive Sales Through Connection
Support store goals by creating authentic customer relationships, introducing clients to new product, and delivering a service experience that keeps them coming back.

Pitch In Across Store Operations
Assist with daily store needs, including order processing, inventory support, client outreach, and customer service, with accuracy, professionalism, and a team-first mindset.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in retail, sales, hospitality, styling, or customer service preferred.
• A genuine passion for people, style, and relationship-building.
• Interest in men’s and women’s lifestyle apparel, fashion, sport, wellness, or community-driven retail.
• A warm, confident, and engaging communication style.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic, customer-facing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in creating a beautiful store experience.
• A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Passion for the Greyson brand and excitement for helping grow our Charleston presence.
