• Execute a range of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout procedures by clearly communicating each step involved
• Collaborate with radiologists and referring physicians to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, promptly reporting any issues
• Ensure accurate documentation of procedures and maintain patient records in the electronic medical record system
• Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in ultrasound imaging

Educational Background

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Preferably a graduate from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Required Certifications

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
