As demand for high-quality hurricane protection continues to grow, we're expanding our Sales Team and looking for driven, competitive sales professionals who want the opportunity to earn six figures and beyond.

This is a 100% commission + bonus opportunity designed for self-motivated salespeople who thrive in a performance-driven environment. We provide pre-set, pre-qualified in-home appointments, so you can focus on what you do best building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners through company-provided appointments
• Build rapport and identify each customer's needs
• Present customized solutions featuring high-quality impact windows and doors
• Educate homeowners on available products and hurricane protection solutions
• Prepare quotes and confidently close sales
• Follow up with customers and manage the sales process from appointment through contract
• Deliver a professional customer experience that reflects the Florida Window & Door brand

What We're Looking For

We're looking for motivated, competitive, coachable salespeople who are driven by results and income.

Successful candidates will have:

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• A proven ability to build trust and sell value

• Professional appearance and attitude
• A willingness to learn and follow our proven sales process

Home improvement sales experience is a plus, but not required. If you know how to connect with customers, overcome objections, and close, we want to talk to you.

• Paid training
• 10% commission + bonuses

Schedule & Requirements

• Full-time
• MondaySaturday
• One weekday + Sunday off
• Travel to in-home appointments, potentially up to 90 minutes from your home
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
