Embark on a dynamic opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting elementary students for the upcoming 2026–2027 academic year. As part of a school-based team near Springfield, MO, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing communication skills for children across two elementary campuses—serving as a trusted partner in their educational journey. This contract position offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours a week, with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized speech therapy for elementary-aged students in a supportive educational environment.
• Maintain an itinerant schedule to provide onsite services at two elementary locations.
• Conduct evaluations, participate in IEP meetings, and implement therapy plans tailored to each child’s needs.
• Take part in paid administrative periods and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in required meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold an active Missouri Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Background in school, pediatric, or healthcare settings as an SLP is highly valued.
• Comfortable with compliance requirements, including fingerprinting and background checks prior to hire.
• Excellent communication skills to engage in collaborative video interviews and team interactions.
• Familiarity with teletherapy, CFY, SLP-CCC, and hybrid service models is a plus.
