Housekeeping Attendant
Location: Hilton Head Island, SC, 29928
Job Description:

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas within the hotel. This includes but is not limited to:

Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
Changing linens and making beds
Vacuuming and dusting
Restocking supplies such as towels, soap, and toilet paper
Removing trash and dirty linens
Reporting any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel
Safely lift a minimum of 60-70 lbs.
Cleaning Carts, Closets and Laundry Chutes.
Assist in Laundry Operations when scheduled.
Assist in cleaning lobby bathrooms and public areas when scheduled.
Clean and Clear all Hallways assigned and service landings assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior housekeeping experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
