This role focuses on recurring revenue through service contracts and long-term customer partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesSell inspection and service contracts (fire alarm, sprinkler, life safety systems)Prospect and develop new business within commercial accountsManage and grow existing customer relationshipsConduct site visits and assess inspection/service needsPrepare proposals, pricing, and service agreementsCoordinate with operations/service teams for executionMaintain CRM activity and sales pipelineRequirements2+ years of B2B sales experience (software/tech sales is highly transferable)Strong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage a sales pipeline and close dealsSelf-motivated and results-drivenPreferredExperience in fire protection, low voltage, or service-based salesFamiliarity with recurring revenue models (contracts/subscriptions)Can you tell me about a time when you identified a new business opportunity, built a relationship with the client, and successfully closed the sale?
