The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning and data science, with hands-on experience in model development, deployment, and operationalization. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust machine learning solutions that drive business insights and impact.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand modeling objectives and translate business needs into machine learning solutions.Develop end-to-end machine learning models, including defining model requirements, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and selection.Build, deploy, and maintain models in production environments, ensuring sustained model performance through monitoring and retraining strategies.Design and maintain scalable data pipelines for efficient data collection, transformation, and preprocessing.Apply a range of modeling techniques including logistic regression, random forest, XGBoost, and neural networks to solve real-world problems.Utilize MLOps platforms (e.g., MLflow) to manage the lifecycle of machine learning models.Work with data manipulation and analysis tools such as SQL, Pandas, Spark, and Snowflake.Use Python and relevant ML/DL libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch) to build and test models.Leverage analytics and programming skills to generate reporting and insights using SQL and other data tools.Experience with SAS is a plus.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.Proven experience in machine learning model development and deployment.Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with modern ML frameworks.Experience working with cloud-based or distributed data systems is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.Experience integrating models into business processes or applications.Knowledge of data governance and responsible AI practicesSRI Tech Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, national origin or citizenship status or ethnic origin, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other occupationally irrelevant criteria.
