Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A per diem pharmacist opportunity is available with assignments in Gouverneur and Harrisville, NY, along with a term assignment in Woodstock, NY from October 12 to October 16. The role focuses on delivering accurate and efficient pharmacy services to support patient care.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Weekends off

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions to ensure accuracy and safety
• Provide patient counseling to promote proper medication use and adherence

Qualifications:

• Valid New York State Pharmacist license in good standing
• Previous experience as a Staff Pharmacist or RX Pharmacist preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams
