Early Childhood Education Teacher (2-Year-Old Classroom) – The Learning Experience Owings Mills Location: The Learning Experience – Owings Mills, MD Pay: $17 - $19 (based on experience and credentials) Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday The Learning Experience – Owings Mills is hiring an Early Childhood Education Teacher to guide our 2-year-old classroom. This role is ideal for an early childhood educator who enjoys supporting toddlers as they develop independence, communication skills, and early social confidence in a structured, play-based setting. Our toddler program emphasizes consistent routines, positive guidance, and hands‑on learning experiences that support developmental milestones. Key Responsibilities Lead a 2-year-old classroom in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment Deliver daily lessons aligned with The Learning Experience L.E.A.P.
