Total Compensation Package from $84500 to $119000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees.

Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary performance bonuses mentorship bonuses and long-term ownership in the company.

*BCBAs become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible.

Monthly Performance Bonuses : Bonuses are uncapped meaning youll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify.

Sign On Bonus : Up to $10000 based on start date and location.

Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Masters in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance oversight and impact!

Your Role

• Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent high-quality care
• Collaborate with Families to set goals track progress and celebrate growth
• Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive play-focused environment
