Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) $5,000 Sign on Job Summary: Woburn Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a dynamic and innovative healthcare facility, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of caring professionals. As an RN, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans and promote positive clinical outcomes. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, obtaining vital signs, and monitoring residents' conditions. Develop and implement individualized resident care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Observe residents and promptly identify and report changes in condition. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care. Accurately document resident care, clinical observations, and interventions. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support the facility's commitment to excellence in resident care. Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations. Promote resident dignity, safety, independence, and overall well-being. Demonstrate a commitment to the facility's mission, values, and standards of excellence. Qualifications Current, active, and unrestricted Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license. Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality resident-centered care. Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred but not required.
