Industry Non-Profit Organization Management Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in need of a VP of People Services to take on a pivotal executive role, with a focus on both strategic HR and day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the HR function, from setting and executing the overall HR strategy to partnering with senior leadership on culture, organizational effectiveness, and long-term workforce planning. This includes overseeing all HR areas such as employee relations, compliance, talent development, and total rewards. The VP will also be responsible for driving initiatives related to engagement, retention, and leadership development, and ensuring that the organization maintains a people-first, inclusive, and high-performing culture. Applicants for the VP of People Services position at the company should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at the executive level. The role requires a proven track record in leading HR strategy, scaling people operations, and deep expertise in employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have experience advising senior leadership, influencing business decisions, and a strong proficiency in HRIS systems, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office. An HR certification is preferred, and experience in a nonprofit or people services environment is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills are essential for this role.
