What You'll Do Provide Skilled COTA Care: Implement individualized plans of care developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist. Perform Therapeutic Interventions: Focus on ADLs, adaptive equipment training, and home safety to help patients improve their independence and safety. Report Patient Progress: Document patient responses to treatment and communicate effectively with the supervising OT to ensure coordinated care. Manage Your Visits: Set your own schedule and visit cadence based on the plan of care. Document Efficiently: Use one simple EMR system for all notes (with tools available to minimize documentation time!) What You'll Need Valid California Occupational Therapy Assistant license CPR or BLS certification Driver's license and auto insurance Physical + TB test (within the last year) Professional liability and business license (if applicable) Where You'll Be Working We have an opening for a home health clinician in North County Inland, covering Escondido, Poway, and San Marcos.
