Chemist I Laboratory Los Angeles County, California, US Pay Rate: Low $24.00 | High $26.00 Schedule: Mon-Fri 6:30a-3p (Shift 1) Type of Job: Temp to hire Responsibilities Analyze raw material, in-process, and final product samples via HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-VIS, TOC, and other methods Calibrate & troubleshoot laboratory instruments/equipment Prepare solutions and perform standardization as needed Maintain laboratory documentation Follow safety protocols Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field Experience with HPLC, GC, UV-VIS, FTIR Experience with physical testing such as pH, viscosity, and specific gravity Industry experience preferred—cosmetics, personal care, chemicals, food manufacturing, nutraceutical We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
