What We're Looking For

• Active Texas Real Estate License (required)

• 3+ closed real estate transactions - you know how to do this

• Ready to commit to full-time or near-full-time production

• Coachable - willing to work a proven lead conversion system, not just your personal network

• Comfortable with CRM technology and pipeline management

• Goal-driven and motivated by production numbers, not referral convenience

• NOT required: an unlimited sphere of influence - our platform provides what referrals can't

Schedule Compensation

Full-Time | Commission + Bonus | $75,000 – $200,000/year based on performance

Self-determined schedule | Monday–Friday + Weekend availability | Flexible
