$30,000 - $65,000 depending on experience & licensing

Direct Client Care

• Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain a consistent caseload while delivering compassionate, client-centered care.
• Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Provide crisis intervention and appropriate referrals when necessary.

Clinical Documentation

• Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments.
• Maintain client records in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
• Ensure documentation meets insurance and regulatory requirements.

Collaboration & Professional Development

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in clinical supervision, case consultation, and team meetings.
• Stay current on evidence-based practices through ongoing training and professional development.
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative, and positive team culture.

Client & Community Support

• Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Educate clients and families on treatment goals, coping strategies, and available resources.
• Coordinate care with outside providers, schools, physicians, and community partners as appropriate. 

Required

• Active Pennsylvania licensure as one of the following:
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Psychologist
• Experience providing psychotherapy services using evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, inclusive, and affirming mental health care.

Preferred

• Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families.
• Experience with a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care, or mindfulness-based interventions.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and transgender clients.
• Previous experience in an outpatient behavioral health setting.

• Ability to work evening and weekend hours as part of the practice's client-centered schedule.
• Ability to complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
