Electrician

Position Overview

• A well-established and growing electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Electrician / Team Lead to oversee multiple high-end residential construction projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
• This is a hands-on leadership role that combines field work, project planning, and team supervision.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in luxury residential electrical projects and the ability to lead crews while ensuring quality, safety, and project efficiency.
• Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee multiple residential electrical projects from start to finish.
• Perform hands-on electrical installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance work.
• Plan, coordinate, and guide field teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Interpret and apply electrical codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Conduct troubleshooting and resolve complex electrical issues.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and team members.
• Assist with project documentation and administrative responsibilities as needed.

• 10+ years of electrical experience, preferably in large, custom residential construction projects.
• 8+ years of construction industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local electrical codes, and energy compliance requirements.
• Experience with advanced residential lighting control systems is highly preferred.
• Proven leadership experience managing crews and multiple projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Relevant electrical certifications and licenses preferred.
