Labor and Employment Associate

Overview Jobot is hosting this opportunity, presented by Farrell Ougheltree. This role is based in the firm’s Princeton, New Jersey office and is focused on employment law with a niche representing financial services clients in arbitration and related matters. Responsibilities Provide broad employment counseling and litigation support for clients. Represent clients in employment-related disputes, including restrictive covenant disputes, noncompete and non-solicitation matters, and FINRA arbitrations. Draft and negotiate employment agreements and severance agreements. Collaborate with the team and contribute to business development as appropriate. Qualifications 1–4 years of relevant experience in employment litigation, restrictive covenants, FINRA arbitrations, or related areas. Licensed to practice in New Jersey; additional bar admissions are a plus.
