Job TitleJob Responsibilities/DutiesWork with Estimators and/or Project Managers to prepare Request for Proposal (RFP) package(s) during the preparation of a BidQualify and log each proposal as it is received, per BidWork with Estimator and/or Project Managers to prepare Request for Information (RFI) during the preparation of a Bid or construction of a projectLog and track status of RFI's, per Bid or ProjectWork with Estimators and/or Project Managers to prepare submittal packages cross referenced to specific specification sections, drawing sheets, etc.Log and track status of submittals, per ProjectWork with Estimators and/or Project Managers to process equipment ordersLog and track status of orders, per ProjectWork with Estimators and/or Project Managers to process Change Order Requests (COR) and Change OrdersLog and track status, per ProjectPersonalProfessional appearance and interaction with employeesGood communication and organizational skillsClean criminal background and credit historyMust be a self-motivated individualMust pass drug screening and background check (pre-employment and random)SkillsProficient in the use of the following relevant software packages:Microsoft Office SuiteAutoCADEducationBachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required3-5 years of experience in construction industry, electrical preferred (with references)
