Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Clinic & Hospitalist (Hybrid | Alternating Weeks)
The Staff Pad
Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Hybrid Clinic & Hospital Medicine
Full-Time | Alternating Weekly Schedule | Outpatient + Inpatient Care
Department: Medical Services / Advanced Practice Providers
Reports To: Medical Director / Chief Medical Officer (or designee)
FLSA Status: Exempt
The Staff Pad is looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner who thrives on variety, autonomy, and meaningful patient relationships. Join the team in a unique hybrid role that blends the continuity of outpatient care with the fast-paced, collaborative environment of hospital medicine.

You’ll work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team committed to delivering safe, compassionate and evidenced-based care while making a lasting difference in the community we serve.
If you’re looking for a role that offers professional growth, clinical diversity, work-life balance, and the chance to truly impact patient outcomes, we’d love to meet you.
Why Providers Love This Role

- Autonomy with Support – Practice independently while collaborating with a strong physician and care team.
- Professional Growth – Expand your clinical expertise across outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Purpose-Driven Care – Serve a community where your work truly matters.
