We are hiring compassionate, dependable Floater Caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care across Wright County. Travel to various client homes to assist individuals with daily living activities, helping them remain safe and independent. Responsibilities:
Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility) Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation, errands and grocery shopping Providing respectful companionship and safety.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance to travel between local client homes
Ability to pass a mandatory background screening
Complete MN Department of Health PCA test/certification
Strong communication skills and a reliable work ethic
