Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime. Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, and equipment documentation. Utilize PLC troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve equipment faults. Document maintenance activities, repairs, and work orders within the CMMS system. Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams to support manufacturing goals. Identify opportunities for equipment reliability improvements and process optimization. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe, organized work environment. Requirements 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in machining equipment maintenance. Experience maintaining and repairing CNC mills and related equipment. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, schematics, and electrical components. Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Familiarity with CMMS platforms and maintenance documentation. Technical certification or vocational training in Industrial Maintenance, Machining, or a related field preferred.
