Full-Time Seasonal Telehealth Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

PanCare of Florida is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Seasonal Telehealth Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our School Health team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to students in a school-based setting while supporting telehealth visits conducted by licensed providers. You will be at the forefront of working closely with healthcare professionals and patients to optimize treatment outcomes. This position is located in Walton County Schools, Freeport Elementary School.

Your responsibilities include the following:

• Providing direct nursing care to students under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or licensed provider
• Administering prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards and provider orders
• Assisting providers during telehealth visits, exams, treatments, and clinical assessments
• Preparing students for examinations, screenings, and telehealth encounters
• Observing, documenting, and reporting student conditions, responses to medications, and treatment outcomes
• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Arranging diagnostic testing and assisting with referrals and follow-up documentation
• Participating in professional development and required training
• Preparing and maintaining exam rooms
• Communicating with students, families, providers and school staff

Required Qualifications:

• Active Florida LPN licensure
• Current BLS Certification
• At least 6 months of clinical nursing experience
• Strong documentation and EMR proficiency
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience
• Experience working with pediatrics or in a school-based setting
