Administer basic first aid and medical support to patients in accordance with federal, state, local, and company policies and regulations. Assess the nature and extent of injuries/illnesses to prioritize medical procedures. Communicate effectively with medical professionals and treatment facilities to obtain instructions for further action. Communicate with client and site personnel regarding worksite incidents, hazards, etc. Demonstrate strong teamwork and the ability to coordinate with others. Maintain awareness of the constantly changing worksite environment and construction site hazards. Practice quality clinical standards at all times. Document all findings and treatments clearly and concisely. Conduct oneself in a helpful, dignified, and professional manner regardless of stress level and personal circumstances. Assist the Site Safety Managers and Personnel in maintaining the safest work environment possible. Position Qualifications Paramedic (EMT‑P) state certification and/or National Registry; must provide proof of reciprocity. Previous EMT/Paramedic, first‑response, or emergency 911 experience preferred. Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification; additional certifications are a plus.
