Self-Storage Facility Manager

Ideal Storage is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Self-Storage Facility Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Hillsboro/Abbott facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with renting storage units and managing their accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Process payments and maintain accurate customer records.
• Make collection calls and follow up on delinquent accounts.
• Monitor the property and conduct regular inspections.
• Keep the facility clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Clean and prepare vacant units for new customers.
• Identify and report maintenance, safety, and security issues.
• Handle daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Represent Ideal Storage in a professional and friendly manner.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable making collection calls and discussing payments.
• Basic computer skills.
• Comfortable with light cleaning and physical property upkeep.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.

Self-storage experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate.

Compensation: $15$17 per hour, based on experience.

Full-time position.
