Concrete Testing Lab Technician

Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Concrete Testing Lab Technician located in New York, NY. The Technician will be responsible for testing concrete and other related materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications. Daily tasks include performing tests on‑site and in the laboratory, documenting detailed findings, ensuring proper handling and preparation of concrete samples, and using testing equipment to validate the quality and performance of materials. Qualifications Must possess knowledge and skills related to testing and evaluating Ready‑Mix Concrete and Flatwork Experience with Formwork and Heavy Equipment handling Familiarity with Carpentry as it pertains to form building and structure support is a plus Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to follow compliance standards Capability to work independently and collaboratively in an on‑site lab or field environment High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications like ACI (American Concrete Institute) or NICET are highly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
