FAB Strategic Sourcing ManagerThe FAB Strategic Sourcing Manager is responsible for all commercial activities with suppliers related to the FAB in Chandler Arizona.Your ResponsibilitiesCoordinates purchasing activities with stakeholders to secure product/service in a cost effective & timely mannerSpecific expertise in supporting Manufacturing/FAB, Production facility requiredExperience negotiating large capital equipment purchases and Chemicals, Products, Services, Software, etc.Reviews and analyzes purchase requisitions from Business Area Stakeholders/PartnersEvaluates quotes for accuracy and documents information needed on Purchase Order (PO) (delivery details, etc.)Coordinates processing of PO and/or Change Order for suppliersConducts RFI, RFQ, RFP with suppliers in collaboration with stakeholdersWorks with supplier and stakeholder to negotiate best price and termsRecommends cost saving proposals including make-versus-buy analysis or alternative sourcingAchieves significant savings on negotiations (new and repeat business)Requires domestic and global expertise of assigned commodities/categoriesNegotiates contract terms and conditions in collaboration with Legal and Contracts ManagerManages category strategy, supplier selection, and supplier management/governanceProvides summary related to supplier deals or status to executivesAssists in the on boarding and screening of new suppliersUtilizes P-card to make low dollar, less strategic purchasesActs as a steward of the company's budgetYour Skills And Experience15 years experience with supply chain/sourcing/procurement/buying required15 years experience with SAP/Ariba (preferred) or similar MRP system requiredRequires flexible Hybrid format with time spent in FAB as needed to support the business (~2 days/week)Able to work in high-volume, fast-moving environment with daily deadlines and re-prioritizationStrong interpersonal skills and team player attitudeStrong verbal, written, communication, and English skillsExcellent Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills requiredAble to work independently and/or in a team cultureUndergraduate degree in business or related field (supply chain)Very little travel required (-10%)Job is individual contributor but collaborates with colleagues in same and associated groupsJob is full time with flexible work hours and ability to work remote while spending some time in FAB officeRelocation not availableMore InformationSome of our benefits in US:Corporate Retirement Savings PlanHealth and dental benefitsShort-term disability, and long-term disabilityLife insurance, and AD&D – Company paid 2x base payOptional or Supplemental life and AD&D insurance (Employee/Spouse/Child)Paid time off for holidays and VacationEmployee Stock Purchase PlanTuition Assistance PlanAdoption assistanceEmployee Assistance Program/Work Life Resource ProgramThe above benefits exclude students.
