Healthcare Patient Advocate (Mon-Fri!!)

Healthcare Patient Advocate Job Description:

• Patient & provider communication and education
• Support ER visits and care transitions
• Assist with benefits enrollment
• Handle inbound/outbound calls
• Maintain accurate documentation

Healthcare Patient Advocate Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual Spanish & English (fluent)
• 2+ years healthcare/managed care experience
• Able to work onsite full-time
• Reliable for Glendale commute

Healthcare Patient Advocate Preferred Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant certification or nursing background
• Care coordination or call center experience
• Benefits/enrollment exposure

Healthcare Patient Advocate Schedule:

• Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm!!

This is a Contract position based out of Glendale, CA.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Glendale,CA.
