Store Director - Womenswear

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Store Director to join their team in Soho! The Boutique Director is responsible for all aspects of the Boutique including: sales generation, store operations and team and client development. Salary: $140-180k + bonus Responsibilities: Lead the boutique in achieving monthly and seasonal revenue goals through active performance management. Analyze sales trends, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize results. Champion client acquisition, retention, and repeat business through strong clienteling practices. Collaborate with merchandising and digital teams to ensure optimal inventory, assortment, and visual presentation. Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team. Lead from the floor by demonstrating exceptional selling techniques and customer engagement. Deliver a highly personalized luxury shopping experience from initial interaction through post-purchase follow-up. Build lasting relationships with VIP clientele and expand the client base through outreach initiatives, local partnerships, and boutique events. Set individual performance objectives and support the team in achieving them. Oversee inventory management, loss prevention, and operational compliance. Ensure accurate reporting, cash handling, scheduling, and day-to-day operational excellence. Qualifications: 5+ years of retail management experience within luxury or contemporary fashion Prior director-level experience preferred Experience building out teams Strong understanding of luxury fashion and clientele Ability to develop, motivate, and train leadership team and staff, build strong internal and external relationships, utilize skills of workforce most appropriately to maximize business results Adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Fourth Floor
