Burgess Construction is looking for an experienced Lead Deck Builder to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality custom decks, patio covers, railings, and outdoor living spaces throughout Snohomish and North King County. Qualifications: * Experience in deck building or finish carpentry, with a focus on custom composite decks. * Strong knowledge of framing, layout, stairs, railings, and exterior construction techniques. * Ability to read and interpret construction plans accurately to ensure precise execution. * Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team, fostering a collaborative work environment. * Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards. * Effective communication skills to professionally interact with homeowners and address concerns. * Reliable transportation and a valid Washington driver's license with a clean driving record are required.
