Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
• Active Missouri physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility environments preferred.
• Client-specific requirement: ability to work across multiple skilled nursing locations in the St. Louis area (float between facilities may be required).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with post-acute care protocols and documentation software preferred.

• Location: St. Louis, MO area skilled nursing facilities.
• Immediate start available.
• Assignment covers multiple facility locations; candidate should be prepared to float between sites.
